Outstanding example of Patek Philippe 18k yellow gold ref. 3450, manufactured in 1985. The present perpetual calendar with moon phases is preserved in superb condition. The case is untouched and the case back still retains its original factory sticker. The dial is pristine.
Together with its Certificate of Origin, the present example represents a rare opportunity for discerning collectors of complicated Patek Philippe watches.
Introduced in 1981 as the successor of reference 3448 – Patek Philippe’s first self-winding perpetual calendar wristwatch – Reference 3450 houses the 27-460 QB caliber that incorporated a leap year indication for the first time in a Patek Philippe wristwatch.
